This class explores smart, creative, and playful ways to add some resistance training into your yoga and movement practice. We will still play with our bands, and explore body weight work too, but adding some dumbbells/kettlebells can be such a great way to build overall strength from our feet to our hands and beyond. This work can help increase tissue resiliency, increase bone mass, improve coordination and cognitive skills and enhance confidence! I love the way I feel when working and playing in this way, and am looking forward to sharing the joy and benefits of this ongoing exploration with all of you!
