In this playful, all-levels workshop, we will dive into an open-minded multidisciplinary approach to practice, based on principles from modern movement science, as well as traditional yoga, mind/body practices such as somatics, and even dance! An integration of these practices can help us get stronger and more mobile, improve our balance, coordination, agility, memory, emotional well-being, and so much more! An open-minded playful approach to practice can help us keep growing, evolving, adapting, and learning new things, as well as continue to do all the things that we love and find meaningful.
Motion is lotion, and movement is medicine, and the JOY of MOVEMENT is for everyone!
